Natural and biodynamic wine is becoming more popular, but what makes it different? At Gilbert's Cheese Experience, we'll introduce you to the body- and Earth-benefiting properties of this beverage, and pair it with consciously created cheeses and chocolates!
We're partnering with Yakima's Wilridge Winery to bring you natural and biodynamic wines, which are made without chemical intervention; additives or pesticides; or added sulfites. Biodynamic farming is also behind the beans used by indi chocolate: Pike Place Market's bean-to-bar chocolate maker. And of course, we'll pair these products with handmade cheeses from artisan creameries.

Gilbert's Cheese Experience is led by Brian Gilbert, head cheesemonger at Beecher's Handmade Cheese, and culinary storyteller Holly Regan. At each event, you'll learn how your food and drinks are made, meet the people who make them and go on an interactive tasting journey.
