At Gilbert's Cheese Experience, we break the mold. You won't just taste — you'll participate in a fun, interactive experience using all of your senses. We go beyond "farm to table," bringing the highest-quality cheeses directly to the source of the products we're pairing with. Oh, and you'll get snacks the whole time.

Our premiere event is hosted by our friends at Stoup Brewing: a hotspot of the Ballard Brewery District. Take a tour and learn about the art and science behind Stoup's consistently delicious craft beer. We'll chat about how cheese is made — then go on an immersive tasting journey to find the pairs that best suit your palate.

Each ticket includes:

• Four (4) samples of specially selected artisanal cheeses.

• Four (4) 5-oz. pours of frosty Stoup beer.
